Baduanjin気功は慢性疲労症候群-様疾患の睡眠障害に有用


香港。Baduanjin 気功訓練。方法:150人のCFS-様疾患患者(平均年齢 = 39.0, SD = 7.9)を無作為に気功群と待機群に分ける。16回の1.5-時間の気功を9週間行う. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Chalder Fatigue Scale (ChFS), およびHospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)を治療前、治療直後、治療後3カ月で評価。気功の量は自己報告で評価。結果: Repeated measures analyses of covarianceによると わずかに非有意な (P = 0.064) 群と時間の関連がPSQI全点数に見られたが, but it was significant for the "主観的な睡眠の質" と"睡眠潜時" の項目は有意であり、気功訓練の方が優れている。"主観的な睡眠の質" の改善は治療3か月の時点でも保たれていた。群と時間の有意な関連はChFS およびHADSの不安点数と抑うつ点数でも見られた。気功レッスンへの参加の数と気功を自分で行った量は有意に睡眠、疲労、不安、および抑うつ症状の改善に有意に関連する。まとめ.
