妊婦への抗うつ薬投薬は新生児の適応不良をもたらす
研究デザイン:この研究はthe MercyPregnancy and Emotional Wellbeing Studyおよび出産時の42人の女性/幼児のペアの報告を利用. 31人の女性が出産まで抗うつ薬を摂取し、11人は妊娠早期に中止した。新生児の適応不良はNeonatal Abstinence ScoringSystem (NASS)を用いて6日まで毎日2回評価した。出産時に得られた臍帯血および母親の血液の薬のレベルを解析した。結果:抗うつ薬に暴露された生後28日未満の新生児の76% (32 of 42) NASSで観察された症状があった。これらの症状は分娩後5日後までに起こり、25%は症状が3日以上継続した。大部分の頻繁な症状は、抗うつ薬の薬物レベルと密接な関連。NASS点数の増加は生後6か月の時点の微細運動の発達不良と関連する。
