ベンゾジアゼピン系抗不安薬には発癌性がある


BZD使用による発癌の観察研究のメタ解析。我々の最初の基準に当てはまる796の論文の中で、18の症例対照研究と4つのコホート研究である22の観察疫学研究を最終解析に含めた。すべての研究のrandom-effectsメタ解析によると、BZD使用は癌の危険性を有意に増加させた (オッズ比[OR] 又は相対危険度[RR] 1.19; 95%信頼区間 1.16-1.21)。研究デザイン、症例対照研究のタイプ、研究地域、および方法論的な研究の質などの様々な要因に基づくサブグループメタ解析にでは一貫した所見。BZDの使用と癌の危険性の間には有意に用量依存関連あり。(p for trend <0.01).
